WOW, now this was a wedding to remember! A simple two hour drive to Britz took Andrea and I six hours…. thank you to our GPS battery running flat…. the sand roads that even an army tank would have found difficult to conquer…. the locals not knowing what or where we were talking about…. all in a day’s work I say….

Nonetheless, this was a truly special wedding…. the scenery on the drive there and back was beautiful…. the venue itself was outstanding and worth a six hour drive…. Angie and Pierre were calm and simply gorgeous together…. thank you both for looking after Andrea and I, and for a wonderful, wonderful wedding shoot…. and thank you to your family who were warm and welcoming!

We had an amazing creative shoot…. vineyards and vintage cars, sunsets and scenery….

An elegant first dance under the magic ambiance of fairy lights….

It amazes me how time goes by so quickly…. been upgrading software and hardware over the last week or so…. time for a sneak peek….

Another awesome outdoors wedding in Hartebeesport…. beautiful views…. stunning decor…. a dress to die for….

A couple that were relaxed and fun to work with…. what more could one want as a photographer? ….I’ll tell you…. a groomsmen that knew how to pose and became my personal choreographer for the groomsmen shoot:) and a gorgeous bride that says “I can do Vogue“…. you just know you will get some killer bee shots!

WOW! What an amazing wedding….

I have always said, one of the reasons I love doing wedding photography (besides happily clicking away all day)…. is being able to share all the special moments of the day…. Bridget and Mike’s wedding was full of special moments, loads of fun and laughter, and huge amounts of caring and love.

Bridget was so chilled and gorgeous and humerous …. Mike was a true gentlemen and also had a great sense of humour and he was gorgeous too …. the groomsmen had me in hesterics the whole day…. it was just such a perfect wedding….

Second shooting with Andrea is always an event filled with energy and laughs…. besides the fact that the skies decided to get rid of the awesome clouds we spotted on the way to Moon and Sixpence…. the shoot was still awesome…. thanks Andrea…. especially for the shed and barrels ….

The decor was beautifully elegant….

And as mentioned, the groom and groomsmen; aka MEN IN BLACK were full of fun and super cool to work with…. thank you so much guys!

The settings around Moon and Sixpence are awesome…. and did I mention the couple were gorgeous AND willing to brave climbing over barbed wire fences all in the name of photography?
